As the CEO and Founder of TCG, Lena has practiced what she teaches, and what she teaches has proven successful in real-world high-stakes scenarios.
TCG's mission is to provide individuals and organizations with a full spectrum of proven skills and techniques regarding human behavior that you can leverage to connect with people, cultivate positive relationships, influence trust, get the truth, protect yourself, and safeguard your assets, investments, and ultimately, lives.
Lena has conducted hundreds of interviews and interrogations, using elicitation, assessing body language, detecting deception, forging trust, and getting the truth for decades. She also has numerous leadership and organizational change management certifications. She helps your team overcome fearing a conversation with a human and then owning it.
She is hired by elite organizations to test their strengths, weaknesses, and capabilities, as well as help them institute and effectively move through change. She shares innovative techniques rooted in human intelligence to give individuals and companies an advantage over their competitors.
The feedback she continually receives from those who have attended her training is how relevant the information she taught was to their jobs, how enthusiastic she is as an instructor, how engaging and interactive her training is, and when can they get more. Lena's BIO
Lena Sisco is a former Naval Intelligence Officer and Marine Corps certified interrogator who served in the Global War on Terror, conducting hundreds of interrogations. She is a published author, an international keynote speaker, and a former TEDx speaker. She has been in the HBO Series Burden of Proof and the Emmy-nominated court TV show Couples Court, as well as a body language expert for FoxLiveNow, Court TV, and other news outlets. She keynotes around the world and is a speaker and expert panelist for both SPYEX and the SPY Museum in Washington, D.C. Since 2003, Lena has been training the Department of Defense, government agencies, law enforcement, special forces, and private sector industries in interviewing and interrogation, statement analysis, body language, detecting deception, elicitation, and change leadership.

Lena is also certified in Organizational Change Management and received her certificate in the Psychology of Leadership from Cornell University. She has a Masters from Brown University in Archaeology and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Rhode Island.
