The 2-Day VIP Experience tickets and the Advanced Communication Course tickets are non-refundable unless The Congruency Group cancels this event outside of a force majeure (an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of both parties, such as a war, strike, riot, crime, hurricane, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc., or an act of God).
