The first is self-paced classes that you can complete in a day or two. The second option is enrolling in a 3-month certification program where you take a course as though you were taking a course at a university. She offers two 3-month certification programs you will see below. During these programs, the learning material is dripped every week, and every week you and Lena meet for 1:1 coaching. Lena will teach you 15 elicitation techniques, counter elicitation techniques, how to control any conversation, how to profile a person, and so much more. Elicitation is used by numerous public sector services and enterprises, and private sector businesses and corporations to collect information in an unassuming way. It allows us to build rapport because we can conceal our objective and intent. In this class, you will learn the fundamentals to be a successful elicitator and then what Lena refers to as the Easy 8 Techniques.

SWAT stands for Sentence & Word Analysis Training. You will learn how to analyze both spoken and written statements to uncover indicators of deception and uncover the truth from a former Intelligence Officer and certified DoD interrogator.
