XINT (executive intelligence) is a 2-day immersive experience designed for business leaders operating in high-stakes environments where critical decision-making happens every day.

This in-person course has limited seating, and participants are required to apply. XINT is hosted four times a year in Tampa, FL. If you are interested, please explore this training more in-depth HERE.

If you prefer to learn on a more flexible schedule, we offer online training courses, each about four hours long, as well as three-month certification programs in interviewing, negotiation, elicitation, and detecting deception (body language and statement analysis).
