1-Day Behavioral Leadership and Tactical Rapport Course
In one day, we will explore three types of leadership models, various leadership styles, and the organizational climates they create. We will address how to overcome self-limiting beliefs and communication barriers while enhancing confidence and clarity in communication. You will learn how personality preferences and different communication styles can cause discord if you do not know how to leverage them to foster trust. You will learn the most effective model for providing feedback, avoiding emotional discomfort. You will never fear a critical conversation again.

Participants will learn and identify their individual change style preferences, enabling them to effectively manage and lead others through organizational transitions. Everyone will learn how to successfully coach and utilize effective communication skills that enhance organizational cohesiveness and alignment with the mission and overall strategic vision.

We will also discuss the systemic conditions that exist in all organizations and how these conditions can create barriers and silos, potentially leading to breakdowns in trust and partnerships—essential elements for any organization’s success. You will learn how to break down these systems, forge partnerships, and gain dedicated followers.

2-Day Advanced Deceptive Analysis Course (ADAC)
There is no such thing as a lie detector. A polygraph is NOT a lie detector. The only technology that can determine lies with 100% accuracy is an fMRI scan. Since that is not a viable option for us to know when someone is lying to us, the next best thing is to become a human lie detector.
Lena will teach you how to accurately identify and analyze both verbal and nonverbal indicators of deception. Most importantly, she will teach you how to simultaneously analyze them and determine the difference between indicators of stress and those of deception. You will learn the most accurate indicator of deception in all humans, you will know how to baseline someone's behaviors when they are relaxed, and you will learn about how our memory types and our thoughts play a part in lying.

This class will cover a ton of behaviors to look and listen for that indicate both the truth and deception. She will expose a common myth around body language that most people believe, which causes them to be wrong. Because we will focus on verbal indicators of deception as well, you will learn how to conduct sentence and word analysis like an expert investigator.
We guarantee you will be able to detect deception accurately by the end of two days by avoiding the most common and detrimental mistakes most people make.

2-Day Advanced Strategic Interviewing Course (ASIC)
Lena has trained numerous organizations in both the public and private sectors in strategic interviewing since 2003. Her credentials and decades of real-world experience in interrogation and interviewing make her a subject matter expert in this field. In fact, she created her own method, referred to as the SISCO Method of interviewing, that focuses on non-accusatory, rapport-based, strategic interviewing practices.
Participants who attend this course will learn effective versus ineffective question types, Lena's questioning techniques purposely developed to uncover lies easily, some elicitation techniques to obtain information by not asking a question, self and situational awareness to remain focused, calm, and analytical, and deceptive analysis.

You will learn Lena's go-to lie-exposing questions, as well as what to say when the lie is exposed, ultimately to get to the truth. Participants will detect deception in each other in role-play scenarios, as well as be tested with videos.

By the end of these two days, Lena will have you interviewing like an expert, or she will give you your money back. That is how confident she is that you will walk away with tools and skills that you have never had before to control a conversation and get the truthful information you want.

2-Day Conversational Elicitation & Behavioral Assessment Course (CEBAC)
This two-day course teaches participants skills in two critical areas:

Elicitation: Participants will learn conversational elicitation techniques and elicitation countermeasures to protect themselves if they become the target of elicitation. This section includes 10 conversational elicitation techniques to unassumingly obtain information, concealing the objective; rapport-building techniques to gain likability and trust; and body language dos and don’ts for looking and feeling confident. If a person leaks insecurity and anxiety while in an operational status, the effects can be extremely damaging to their safety and the mission. Participants will also learn why elicitation works and how to be an effective elicitor. Elicitation is an operational tool that exploits aspects of human psychology, certain aspects of which make human sources vulnerable to elicitation techniques. Participants will be required to conduct a real-world elicitation exercise where they will establish rapport with and gain trust from a stranger and collect assigned information from them without asking questions.

Behavioral Assessment: Participants will learn how to accurately read body language, how to profile a person for security reasons, and the fundamentals of how to accurately and quickly detect deceptive indicators, both verbal and nonverbal, in others.
