Why Is This Relevant Now?
Uncertainty is one of 5 neurologic social threats! This is one of several reasons why effective leadership is crucial during times of sudden change.
Did we ever think we would face a pandemic that required us to keep our businesses operational during and after mandatory quarantines? Did we anticipate needing to transition our businesses online and learn new technologies? Could we have imagined conducting high-level meetings virtually while our employees worked from home? Of course, the answer is no.
Do we know what challenges we might face next month or next year? Change is inevitable, and we must be able to adapt to it and lead through it. It's important to recognize that people react to change in different ways. Change elicits emotions and behaviors that may be difficult to navigate because we become focused on self-preservation instead of problem solving. However, when we understand how to effectively lead through these challenges, we can thrive while others struggle.
The world went virtual – and although it created amazing opportunities for us to connect globally, and we developed our technical expertise to do so, we also experienced a significant decline in our human skills. In this new online world, how can we motivate our team when we don’t see them regularly? How can we help them become more resilient and grow the organization to new heights and themselves into more challenging roles? How can we foster a culture of collaboration, drive progress, and remain resilient in the face of uncertainty?
RIGHT NOW, THERE IS NO PLACE YOU CAN GO to immerse yourself in an elite leadership program that combines a scienced-backed APPROACH TO learning neuroscience and behavioral economics - that will transform your leadership behavior and executive presence in ways that generate measured results that satisfy your employees, your customers, and your investors!
