UNLOCK THE SECRETS OF HUMAN INTELLIGENCE IN XINT

May 7 & 8, 2026 | Clearwater Beach, FL

The Executive Intelligence (XINT) course is a two-day immersive course where business leaders master military-grade human intelligence capabilities in the executive domain.

WHY XINT?

XTINT is a 2-day immersive experience designed for business leaders operating in high-stakes environments where complexity, ambiguity, awareness, and human interactions affect critical decision-making every day. Leaders will learn how to apply human intelligence skills to master human interactions in any high-stakes situation.

This course equips executives with tools that will enhance their awareness of the psychology of human behavior, reduce misalignment in themselves, and recognize it in others. It will rewire how your brain thinks when it comes to controlling your behaviors, your judgments, decisions, and critical conversations.

HUMINT & XINT

HUMINT is the discipline of collecting intelligence from humans through screening, assessing, debriefing, tactical questioning, and interviewing/interrogating. Military personnel trained in HUMINT must excel at interpersonal communication skills to be successful. They are trained and tested in psychology, communication, and reporting. Unlike any other intelligence collection capability, HUMINT relies directly on human interactions.

This course sharpens the skills that operate beneath the surface of every high-stakes interaction: thought processes under pressure, misaligned verbal and nonverbal communication, objective judgment, and wise decision-making.

XINT develops behavioral acuity: the ability to accurately read people, assess intent, discover motivations, build rapport quickly, and respond strategically rather than react emotionally.

Executives are trained to detect subtle behavioral clues and hidden messages, detect emotional drivers behind the decisions of others, address conflict through rapport and trust, and navigate complex human dynamics with clarity and composure. Leaders will naturally enhance their verbal and nonverbal communication skills to expertly navigate negotiations, lead critical conversations, decipher the truth, influence trust, and gather data to make wiser decisions.

XINT adopts military intelligence skills to shape outcomes that benefit all stakeholders.

XINT DEBRIEF

Participants will learn how elite intelligence professionals observe, interpret, and influence human behavior under pressure, uncertainty, and high-stakes situations, and how those same principles can be applied to leadership, communication, and influence in an organization.

By the end of this course, participants will be equipped with applicable frameworks in behavioral insight, communication, and decision-making, transforming them into elite leaders. Unlike traditional leadership programs that focus on leadership models and statistics, this training develops behavioral acuity: the ability to accurately read people, assess intent, discover motivations, build rapport quickly, and respond strategically rather than react emotionally.

Adopting from military intelligence skills, leaders will learn how to detect subtle behavioral clues in others, discover emotional drivers behind the decisions of others, address conflict through rapport and trust, and navigate complex human dynamics with clarity and composure. Participants will naturally enhance their verbal and nonverbal communication skills to expertly navigate negotiations, lead critical conversations, decipher the truth, influence trust, gather data to make wiser decisions, and shape outcomes that benefit all stakeholders.

Through real-world intelligence methodologies, scenario-based exercises, and structured observation practices, participants will learn how to:

  • Strengthen executive presence and credibility.

  • Communicate with precision in high-pressure, high-stakes environments without fear.

  • Command every conversation by driving it to answer your objective through calibrated questioning and elicitation.

  • Overcome thought distortions and control your verbal and nonverbal behaviors with ease – acting with intention, not reacting.

  • Accurately analyze others’ behavioral feedback in real time – shifts in tone, rate of speech, posture, facial expressions, and behavioral congruency.

  • Identify the most accurate universal indicator of deception.

  • Close the gaps between what people think, intend, say, and actually do – to avoid friction, underperformance, or withdrawal.

  • Identify the underlying behavioral issue causing friction in relationships and performance.

  • Influence others without relying on authority.

  • Lead diverse personalities with discernment and empathy.

  • Make sound decisions when information is incomplete or ambiguous.

  • Earn trust from others even in adverse environments.

  • Command high-stakes conversations - contract negotiation, organizational change, or insider threat investigation

This course equips executives with tools that will enhance their awareness of the psychology of human behavior, reduce misalignment in themselves, and recognize it in others. It will rewire how your brain thinks when it comes to controlling your behaviors, your judgments, decisions, and critical conversations.

Why This Course Matters?

At senior levels, outcomes are shaped long before a decision is made. They are shaped by how people interpret intentions, how messages are delivered, and how trust, credibility, and authority are perceived. Misalignment, resistance, and costly errors rarely come from a lack of intelligence. They come from misreading people and miscommunicating under pressure. This program will close that gap.

What Makes This Course Different

This is not a motivational seminar. This is not about psychological theory divorced from reality.

This program trains behavioral acuity – real-time skill of noticing what others are missing and reacting and responding with precision, not chance.

The format is interactive instruction, intelligence-based frameworks, and applied exercises. All discussions and conversations are treated with the highest discretion during this program.

Core Capabilities You Will Gain

In-depth knowledge of human behavior.

Understand how stress, emotion, and motivation shape behavior, especially in executives, stakeholders, and high performers. Build authentic rapport quickly with different personalities while maintaining authority and necessary boundaries. Understand why people become misaligned, confrontational, and why they lie.

This is about risk awareness, not paranoia.

Advanced communication strategies.

Command any conversation with control, authority, and confidence. Deliver the message you intend by thinking strategically about your conversation, planning for it, and reverse engineering it so you never get caught off guard and react unintentionally.  Ensure your communication is precise and clear to avoid misunderstanding, conflict and resistance.

Executive discernment.

Make better decisions by accurately assessing motivation, intent, and alignment in others to reduce costly risks. Quickly identify unspoken dynamics in meetings, negotiations, and critical conversations so you understand the reality, not the perception of someone else’s reality. In the military, you do not execute an order based on unreliable intelligence, nor would a leader make decisions that impact the organization without validated information.

THE XINT EXPERIENCE

Day One: Human Insight and Self Mastery

Day one focuses on the psychology of human behavior – both in self and others. You will explore how perception, cognition, and emotion shape behavior, judgment, and leadership presence. You will recognize how thought processes drive human behavior and influence outcomes. We will explore how cognitive distortions negatively impact executive decision-making, especially when under pressure. You'll learn how to baseline people’s behaviors and then recognize misalignment between words, tone, and nonverbal signals in others to accurately decipher between truth and deception. We will explore how stress can affect cognition and behaviors.

Session includes real-world scenarios, guided observation exercises, and practical application through role-play scenarios.

The Outcome:

Clear thinking, stronger self-control, sharper awareness of human behavior.

Day Two: Strategic Communication & Decision-Making

Day two turns insight into action. You'll learn how to structure executive-level conversations, holistically influence others through proven strategies that sustain long-term credibility, frame decisions persuasively, and confidently lead dialogue in moments of tension, disagreement, or uncertainty. The focus is on adaptive communication, knowing what to say and how to say it to shape trust, speed, and outcomes.

Session includes participant scenarios, guided communication exercises, and practical application through role-play scenarios.

The Outcome:

Mastery of strategic communication, ethical influence, and wiser decision-making.

Who is EXINT for?

Executives and senior leaders. Founders and entrepreneurs. Advisors, consultants, negotiators, coaches, and mentors. Any professional who operates in complex human environments.

This is not a public speaking training. It is not a motivational seminar. It is a precision training for leaders who already perform at a high level. What makes this training different is that it focuses on human intelligence, not scripts or slimy tactics. It integrates strategic thinking, communication, influence, and judgment. It emphasizes ethical persuasion, and it's built for real executive environments. You will leave with frameworks you can use immediately in boardrooms, negotiations, interview rooms, and any other environments where critical conversations take place.

The Result?

In two days, you will change how you think, communicate, influence others, and make critical decisions, all based on your expertise in human behavior. Those who master executive intelligence navigate pressure and uncertainty with ease, communicate strategically with clarity and executive presence, make wiser decisions, earn deeper trust, and lead with authority that influences outcomes.

  • You will leave with a deeper command of how people think, decide, and act, and use that understanding intentionally.

  • You will communicate with authority and intent, especially in high-stakes conversations such as conflict resolution and negotiations, with greater composure and control.

  • You will gain the ability to read people and pick up on subtle verbal and nonverbal cues that others may miss to validate the validity of what someone says.

  • You will adjust messaging in real time based on others’ personalities, motivations, and behavioral indicators, and you will present in a clear, authoritative way that aligns people with your intentions.

  • You will be able to regulate your internal state, ensuring your communication remains calm, controlled, credible, and confident, regardless of the situation.

  • You will influence others with likable authority and persuade them with frameworks rooted in psychology to foster trust while maintaining credibility and integrity.

  • You will employ structured thinking to improve clarity and decisiveness amid uncertainty and make decisive choices without ambiguity and complexity.

At senior levels, outcomes are shaped long before decisions are finalized. They are shaped by how people interpret intent, how uncertainty is handled, how information is filtered, and how credibility and authority are perceived. Misalignment, resistance, and costly errors rarely come from a lack of intelligence. They come from misreading people and miscommunicating under pressure. EXINT closes that gap by upgrading the quality of leadership conversations and the reliability of the commitments that follow.

The EXINT Philosophy

Human intelligence is the mechanism; decision integrity is the outcome.
