If you are interested in training, you have multiple options to choose from that will fit your goals and the timeframe in which you want to achieve them. TCG offers the following training options:

• The Professional Mentor Program is a 1:1 training option designed specifically to your needs and goals and offered in 3, 6, and 12-month options. The PMP will transform you into a conversational expert in interviewing, negotiation, and elicitation and give you a strong foundation in the psychology of human behavior. And if you want, you can transform into a human lie detector.

• Three online Master-level certification training programs: Statement and Word Analysis Training (SWAT) Levels 1 & 2, Advanced Elicitation Program (AEP), or Enhanced Interview & Negotiation (EIN) Program. These programs are hosted on Thinkific.com. There are other non-certification self-paced courses available, too!​

• Lena also provides in-person seminars (1/2 day) and workshops (1-2 days)  for your teams, virtual webinars (60 minutes), and you can hire her as a speaker for your corporate events. ​
