Welcome to TCG. If you are interested in training, you have multiple options to choose from that will fit your goals and the timeframe in which you want to achieve them.

 

TCG offers the following training options:

• Self-paced online training courses that range from $195 to $995 that are hosted on Thinkific.com. 

• Master level 3-month online certification training programs are more of an investment because first, we meet every week for a coaching call, and second, you get certified in that area of study - Advanced Elicitation Program (AEP) or Enhanced Interview & Negotiation (EIN) Program. These programs are also hosted on Thinkific.com.

• Mobile Courses where Lena comes to you to train your group in person. 

 

If you want more of a personalized experience with a custom training program designed for you that comes with monthly one-to-one coaching calls, you may want to consider signing up for her Personal Mentor Program (PMP). The PMP will transform you into a conversational expert in interviewing, negotiation, and elicitation and give you a strong foundation in the psychology of human behavior. And if you want, you can transform into a human lie detector. 

 

Lena also provides in-person workshops for your teams, and you can hire her as a speaker for your corporate events.
