2.5-Day In-Person Training Workshop
I am hosting a new course this January where I will teach the same curriculum that I teach to special operations forces (SOF), state and federal law enforcement, and government personnel. I am bringing human intelligence (HUMINT) to the business world using the same unclassified - but exclusive - techniques.

Join me for a hands-on training workshop from January 28 - 30, 2025, at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa. This is the first time I am offering this program to business leaders.

Here is what you can expect:

You will learn interviewing & questioning techniques to control any conversation, persuade people to be honest, and draw out detailed information from people.

You will learn the art of elicitation. I will teach you what I call the easy-8 elicitation techniques. Elicitation is a rapport-based conversational technique that uses provocative statements to draw out information - not questions - so that your objective is concealed. Thus, you can find out anything you want very discreetly.

You will learn my BOND negotiation principles and tactics that I wrote about in my book, "Honest Answers." I will teach you how to profile your negotiation partner to increase your chances of success in getting what you want.

You will learn all you need to know about body language for two purposes: first, being aware of the messages you are sending to others, and second, how to analyze other people's body language accurately. I will coach YOU on your body language. After your personal assessment, you will learn how to use nonverbal behaviors to create a safe environment that naturally persuades people to want to open up and be honest because you will exude authority and openness.

You will learn statement analysis to decipher lies from truth in verbal communication: conversation, email, resume, etc. I have been analyzing statements since 2002, when I conducted hundreds of interrogations while stationed in GTMO as a DoD-certified interrogator. I use it today for the same reasons - to know who's lying to me and who is being honest with me.

​You will learn how to be more emotionally intelligent and resilient. I will share techniques to remain emotionally calm, avoid thought distortions, control your mind, and increase your confidence.

You will be able to determine what makes people tick, what motivates them to decide, how they prefer to communicate and how they handle change.

You will use the tools I created to plan for your critical conversations. You will mastermind a real-world conversation and leave with a detailed plan to ensure it goes exactly how you want it to.

You will learn how to accurately detect deception from a body language and statement analysis expert who has been doing this real-world for over two decades. My credentials speak for themselves and will teach you everything you need to know when making the right decision on who and what to trust.

Core Areas of Mastery
Human Behavioral Analysis & Interviewing Techniques
We are going to do a deep dive into human behavior - you will learn how to profile someone and discover their personality preferences, uncover their motivators and drivers, the psychology of lying, and how to SPOT the lies and GET THE TRUTH from anyone. You will learn advanced questioning techniques, including my four go-to lie-exposing questions, effective question types /vs/ ineffective, and how to assign positive traits and use embedded commands to persuade others to want to be open and honest. Then, you will learn how to detect deception ACCURATELY from an internationally known expert in statement analysis and body language. You will learn everything you need to know about body language.
Negotiation Tactics & NPT Assessments
I will teach you my BOND principled negotiation tactics and how to profile and assess your negotiation partner. When you can identify if your partner (notice I didn't say opponent!) is experienced or inexperienced, whether they are extroverted or introverted, and whether they are more of a Type A than B personality type, you will go in fully equipped to reach the best outcome of a negotiated deal (BOND). I created 8 Negotiation Partner Types (NPT). No one has ever done this before! Learn how to be persuasive AND fair. You will participate in negotiation exercises to practice and perfect your skills.
Advanced Elicitation & Controlling Conversations
I can't teach you to master your communication skills without teaching you the elite spy tradecraft called elicitation. In this training, I will share the Easy 8 Techniques with you. I promise you will have fun using them in a real-world exercise. I will mentor you on how to plan, script, and control every critical conversation you have. If you have trained with me already, you know I am a HUGE proponent of not only giving you techniques, methodology, and processes - I make you use them! So, this event is no different. You will conduct two exercises: an elicitation/counter-elicitation bump and a negotiation bump. These exercises will be challenging; however, I know you are ready for them!
